Georgia
Meet Georgia, our Co-Founder and Chef of MGM DINING LTD. Her culinary journey began in Greece, where she studied Culinary Arts and earned a prestigious scholarship in Northern Italy. She then pursued a master’s degree in High Gastronomy, refining her skills and deepening her passion for fine dining.
Determined to elevate her career, Georgia moved to the UK, starting as a commis chef and working alongside some of the industry’s most talented professionals. Her dedication and talent quickly propelled her through the ranks, leading her to become one of the few female Head Chefs in the country under the age of 30.
Maria
Meet Maria Grammenoudi, co-founder of MGM DINING LTD. Maria has been working in hospitality industry for more than 10 years in both FOH and BOH positions. She also studied Psychology at the Aristotele University of Thessaloniki in Greece and at the Oxford Brookes University in UK.
